Venison Burgers

Gluten free - 12 x 110g free flow.

Made with lean minced venison, onion, fresh Bramley apples, and fresh mint. We cook them like a steak - in a hot pan, with a little olive oil.

Sear on both sides and then lower the heat and cook through until the juices start to run (take care not to overcook).
