Our pork steaks are always from the shoulder and have a sweet, rich flavour. A versatile cut, you can grill, pan-fry or roast with mixed root vegetables - squash, carrot, parsnips, sweet potato. . . . Fennel is particularly good with it.
Very good “plain” but we also love it seasoned with a dusting of ground cumin or sweet paprika before cooking.
