Tender chunks of lamb in convenient free-flow packs. Packed with skewers so you can create your own, with exactly as much as you want.

Top Kebab Tips: The lamb goes great with vegetables, fruit or maybe even some haloumi cheese. But for best results, don't put them all on the same skewer! By the time the veg is done the lamb will be charcoal, so do them seperately and then mix and match after they're done.

Try marinading the lamb pieces before the barbecue. Making a marinade is really simple, just toast some dry spices in a frying pan (Think coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, pepper corns) grind them up real good, then mix with some vegetable oil, lemon juice and whatever else you like from the spice cupboard. Some fresh herbs to finish, put it in a bag with the lamb and then leave for a while (Longer the better). Experiment!
