Simple to cook following our clear cooking instructions; simple to carve because of the way the joint has been prepared. A good sharp carving knife is essential. A 2-bone rib will feed 4 people, a 4-bone rib will feed 8.

After the feast, simmer the bones slowly to create rich beef stock for soups and casseroles.
