12 single portions With oats 12 x 110g free flow. Made with minced Pipers Farm pork, and just enough pork fat to keep the burgers moist whilst cooking, oats, onion, garlic, fresh coriander, chilli and seasoning.
We cook them like a steak - in a hot pan, with a little olive oil. Sear on both sides and then lower the heat and cook through until the juices start to run (take care not to overcook). Fresh and exciting flavour!
