Pipers Farm: Meat The Natural Way

Put 250g mince into
a large bowl.
Chop ½ onion very finely and cook in a little olive oil until soft and golden.

Add to the mince, with the garlic, a little salt
and pepper, breadcrumbs and some finely
chopped fresh herbs - we used a mixture of
parsley, basil and chives.

Heat a pan with a little olive oil, and sear the burgers on both sides until brown. Lower the heat and cook through till the juices run. (Do not overcook).

Add a couple of beaten
eggs and mix thoroughly.
Shape little burgers (to an inviting size) and flatten with
the palm of your hand.
